The kitchen is my happy place, and that\u2019s where I unleash my inner chef. Ever go to a nice fine dining restaurant and thought the food was to die for, and you feel as if you could eat that meal for days upon days? That\u2019s me! I would savor every bite, carefully analyzing all the ingredient that I thought was used, just so I could go home and attempt to prepare that very same meal.<\/p>

I attempted many meals, majority of which came out impressive and are now my house favorites.
If you ask me, in my mind, I am a flexitarian, where I am training myself to mostly incorporate fruits, legumes, grains and vegetables in my diet while occasionally including meat. I am traveling on that path also with the aim of keeping meals well balanced.<\/p>

Let\u2019s go! Journey with me and let\u2019s get down in the Kitchen. The pots and pan won\u2019t do you any harm, just don\u2019t play with the fire. I will share with you all my personal favorite recipes that may be sweet, spicy, savory, quick, easy and absolutely delicious.
