Summer days are loved by many, as it is the perfect weather that appeals to getting them outdoors and engaging in fun activities. This Watermelon Coconut Mint Juice recipe is a great tasting and refreshing way to keep you hydrated while handling the summer heat. It’s very important that you keep hydrated if you are going to be outdoors for an extended period on sunny days. The body will begin to lose fluids in such conditions, and if it falls below your intake, this may result in dehydration. - ½ of a small watermelon (amount to about 2 cups)
- 1 lime
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 tbsp honey
- Sprig of fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender. Add only 3 leaves of the mint to the blender.
- Blend until smooth
- Serve chilled. You may garnish your drink with mint leaves or lemon wedge
