Eat pancakes the healthy way. These banana oatmeal pancakes pack a lot of fiber in your diet and is a great substitute for store-bought pancake mix, with simple ingredients you already have on hand. A quick and easy recipe coming straight from your blender!
Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Glaze the surface of the pan with olive oil or spray with cooking spray
While the oil is heating, blend all the ingredients for about 1 to 2 minutes until smooth
Pour about a ¼ to ½ cup of the batter in the frying pan each time. For this step, you can use a measuring cup
Flip pancakes once the edges start to set, and bubbles appear on the surface of the batter. Each pancake should take just over 3 minutes to cook
Serve with your choice of syrup and top with your favorite fruits or nuts
